“The use of AirAccess at Moorabbin Airport answers a critical requirement - how to provide safe exit and re-entry for visiting pilots.
It is simple to operate and maintains the integrity of our security round the clock without the need for a physical presence at the airport.”
Mr Phil McConnell
MANAGER, MOORABBIN AIRPORT

ABOUT US:
Designed to meet the frustrations experienced at airports, in managing people, pilots, codes and access in general, particularly of those that access the airport, from airside, that do not have local access credentials. AirAccess v2 not only meets that challenge and maintain the integrity of the airside/landside barrier, but is also designed to fulfil a revenue function as well.
AirAccess is a simple yet effective touch screen kiosk.
By entering minimal information and utilising most standard magnetic stripe cards, visiting pilots can gain authorised and entry through ‘controlled’ gates and doors without requirement for local airport access credentials: it’s as easy as 1,2,3!
AirAccess is a result of consultation with airport managers, pilots and DOTARS in providing a simple yet effective system to overcome these issues.
AirAccess is a touch-screen access control system that gives pilots authorised access from airside to landside where they do not have local credential access (for example: visiting from another airport or country area).
AirAccess technology is not only convenient for visiting pilots but more importantly, it can reduce the inconvenience to regional Airport Managers being contacted after hours to provide access. In addition, AirAccess provides a convenient audit trail that can be used to monitor aircraft movements.
